certify that I/we have read, understand, and accept all BARE METAL Records
submission Rules & Regulations and that the songs submitted are ORIGINAL
works that I/we own and do not contain "samples" or is a cover song. I/we enter
into this contract and grant our unlimited permssions exclusively to Bare Metal
Records for the purpose of this music compilation and the promotion there of.
We hereby grant Intellectual Property Rights to Bare Metal Records for their
unlimited use of our material including publication rights and copyright use.
I/we understand all fees are non-refundable. I/we release BARE METAL
Records and all it's affiliates, sponsors, and business associates from any
legal recourse, action liabilities, and indemnities for all materials, content,
releases, or any other acts. I/we grant Bare Metal Records the right to use
my/our songs, photos, images, & descriptions for this project and the
promotion there of for however they deem fit to use them. I/we swear that all
information included on this form is true. This contract is legal and binding
and entered into of our own free will, without compensation.
We are over the age of eighteen (18) years of age or have our parent's or legal guardian's consent to make submissions.
